FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to device for microreplication and system for cooling of belt. Plant includes cooling unit (110), which includes lower layer (111), multiple side walls (112) and intermediate layer (113). Lower layer has outer perimeter, and external perimeter of lower layer is surrounded by multiple side walls. Intermediate layer is located between lower and upper part of side walls. Intermediate layer includes multiple holes (116, 117, 118), in which metering device can be fixed for cooling agents, or they can be used for removal of cooling agents. This plant is used in system for cooling of strip for micro replication after heating and pressing of polymer film during micro replication.
EFFECT: technical result of plant use according to invention consists in providing specified cooling of structured product with specific surface topography for efficiency of its production.
