FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining dry mixture for pancakes, which involves two stages of mixing wheat flour, salt, sugar powder, dry whole milk, sodium bicarbonate, whereupon the mixture additionally contains dry milk whey, vegetable powders - carrot or beetroot, vanillin, wherein the first stage of mixing salt, sugar powder, dry whole or defatted milk, dry milk whey, vegetable powders and vanillin are added to half the quantity of wheat flour and stirred during 5-7 minutes in the mixer or manually, while at the second stage add remaining amount of flour and sodium bicarbonate and stirred during 5-7 minutes with the following ratio of components, kg: wheat flour - 100.0; dry whole milk or defatted milk 29.69; sugar powder 14.22; dry milk whey 7.50; culinary food salt - 1.88; sodium bicarbonate - 1.88; vegetable powder - carrot or beetroot 0.78; vanillin 0.3.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with enhanced food and biological value due to introduction of vegetable powders.
