FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free branch of food industry, namely to methods for production of alcohol-free natural beverages. Alcohol-free carbonated beverage contains sugar, citric acid, potato concentrate, extract of spicy-flavoring material, and water. For aerating beverage molecular oxygen (O2↑) is used in amount of 1.0-5.0% of total weight/volume of drink, which is added into water designed for beverage preparation, and/or in blend, and/or into beverage by bubbling.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce beverage with improved consumer properties, organoleptic and physical properties.
