FIELD: production of non-alcoholic drinks. SUBSTANCE: drink is prepared by blending syrup together with aqueous-alcohol extracts of vegetable raw materials, aromatized agents and color. Hydrolizate of mussel is added into blend, its quantity being 0.02- 0.7% of drink's mass. Said drink is preliminary mixed with aqueous solution of citric acid. Thus prepared mixture is sustained within 1-10 h and filtered. Desired blend is diluted by aerated water. EFFECT: improves medicinal-prophylaxis properties of drink, increases its stability by storage.
