FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway vehicle disc brakes. Proposed device comprises guide plate, fastening pin, piston, piston plate, elastic membrane and intermediate element. Installation pin holds guide plate and is located in main body tick-borne braking device. Piston is located in main body tick-borne braking device with possibility of free movement and removal. Piston plate is attached to front surface of piston and is retained by means of fixing pin. Elastic membrane is located on rear surface of piston to make pressure chamber in main body tick-borne braking device and resilient deforming under pressure of working fluid medium in pressure chamber for movement of brake shoe by means of piston, piston and guide plate. Intermediate element is arranged between piston and guide plate to form gap between piston and guide plate.
EFFECT: improved heat insulation is achieved.
