SUBSTANCE: invention can be used during development and operation gyro compass orientation system (GSOS) AES for nearly circular orbit. Provide tree-channel self-compensation of instrumental system errors by constructing instrument orbital coordinate system (OCS), which is nominally aligned with the current OCS of, at unlimited point angles of the AES, perform program turns of artificial Earth satellite on four preset course angles, and introduction of representative (more complete) error correction system for roll, heading and pitch in compliance with given algorithms while maintaining dynamics and continuous mode of gyro compass orientation system. Disclosed version of problem technical solution of program turns with preset speed at any angle to onboard device and for correction of height and orbit plane while maintaining mode and accuracy of system operation.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy.
