FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lubricating device of gearing, mainly with internal engagement wheel arranged horizontally, comprises pump connected with nozzle located above zone of engagement of paired elements gearing-pinion and gear wheel of internal engagement, which includes hub body in form of disc rim wheel and gear rim with teeth. Between internal engagement gear wheel hub and circle described in projection on its body points of teeth apices rotary pinion with minimum clearance relative to said circle, on body of said wheel perpendicular to it and coaxially relative to its rotational axis is fixed internal ring. At end of rim wheel perpendicular to it there is outer ring with internal diameter equal to inner diameter of rim wheel. Height of external ring by top is equal to height of internal ring. Between inner surfaces of rim wheel and inner ring on surface of internal engagement gear wheel body ring insert is fixed. In lower part of internal ring along its perimeter there is row of through holes to which unions are attached connected with pump inlet.
EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication of gears.
