FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears lubricated by lubricating grease. Gear wheel consists of a hub, a body in form of a disc and a toothed rim made as a profile ring from a strip. External profile and outer diameter of profile ring correspond to profile and diameter of top circle calculated for toothed rim of given wheel. Profile ring is secured by one end face on disc end face, and at other end there is a flat ring with inner and outer diameters equal to corresponding diameters of profile ring. Width of profile ring is greater than sum of calculated width of toothed rim for this wheel and a pair of technological clearances between inner ends of disc and a flat ring with ends of toothed rim of wheel pair gear.

EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication.
