FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: bumper consists of three screw cylindrical springs, which are fixed to upper platform for installation of vibration isolated object and to lower base. In central part platform has threaded bore, axially to which spherical hinge is located. Conical springs rest on parallel surfaces of hinge. In upper part spherical hinge is fixed by means of screw with buffer at end to upper platform, and in bottom is by means of screw to base. Base is made in form of sleeve with support washer and rests on bottom of vibration isolator shell. To fix limit values of angular movements of upper platform there are three “dry friction” dampers. Base and helical taper spring surfaces, as well as inner surface of barrel are coated with frictional material.

EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
