FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of connected in series and identical upper and lower frames. Cylindrical helical spring is coaxially placed in each frame, the coils of which are covered with polyurethane. Frames are made in the form of eccentrically placed rigid spherical shells. Upper ends of the springs are fixed to the inner surface of the spherical shells by means of sectors. Sectors are made of a material with adhesive and vibration damping properties, for example made of polyurethane. Peripheral parts of the spherical shells are connected by two inclined resilient elements in form of vibration isolator. Lower spherical shell is connected to a base by means of vertical resilient elements made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Vibration isolator comprises a body and an elastic element in the form of an elastomeric sheath. Body is made in the form of supporting elements containing washers, bolts and nuts located coaxially with the elastic element oppositely in its upper and lower part.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
