FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of connected in series identical upper and lower frames. In each frame, an elastic-damping element is coaxially placed: upper one is in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane, and the lower one is in the form of a damper. Frames are made in the form of eccentrically placed rigid spherical shells. Upper ends of the resilient damping elements are fixed to the inner surface of the spherical shells by means of sectors. Sectors are made of a material with adhesive and vibration damping properties, for example made of polyurethane. Peripheral parts of the spherical shells are connected by two inclined resilient elements made of polyurethane. Lower spherical shell is connected to a base by means of vertical resilient elements made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which the piston is arranged. Piston is made in the form of a glass with beads. Between the collars copper-based sintered friction material is located. Spring rests against the bottom surface of the piston. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. In the cylinder internal cavity groove the locking ring is fixed. Via the resilient ring the locking ring is contacting with the upper collar top surface and holds the piston in initial position.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
