FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to helicopters. Helicopter comprises body, control cabin, cargo and passenger cabin, engine rotor, rotor torque compensation, sustainer engine and undercarriage. Rotor is located along circumference of body and is composed of rim with blades, having top and bottom along closed groove of semi-circular profile. To body wall in circumferential direction are secured at equal distance one from another rim holders fitted with balls in contact with grooves. Along inner radius of rim there is a part of drive rotor. Nacelle is attached to body from below, on one end of which there is a control cabin, and other sustainers. On body opposite sustainers is aircraft tail unit with its keel screw torque compensation. Rotor drive part is made in form of a girdled linear motor rotor at fixed stator. On top and/or bottom in housing wall there is a hatch.
EFFECT: higher lift of rotor and helicopter capacity.
