FIELD: vertical take-off and landing aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft contains fuselage (2). The fuselage has an increased internal cargo volume sufficient to accommodate a vehicle with a carrying capacity of at least 10 tons, with the possibility of loading and unloading operations using a ramp at the rear of the aircraft. The height of the cabin ceiling in the front part of the fuselage is increased, while in cross section fuselage (2) is of rectangular shape; in the longitudinal section, the upper part of fuselage (2) is of variable height with a smooth decrease of at least one fifth from the maximum height in the front part towards the tail section. Fuselage (2) is equipped with two wings (3) with rotating engine nacelles (4) and variable pitch propellers (5), the first wing is installed behind the cockpit, the second is near the tail, the wings are mounted on top of the fuselage. The propellers are three-bladed with a diameter of at least 10 m.
EFFECT: increased carrying capacity, as well as the possibility of non-airfield basing of the aircraft.
