FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal ring part rolling. Part is installed between three rolls, which provide deformation and continuous running-in between them. Maximum workpiece deformation is determined from equality: wherein D is diameter of outer surface part, W is moment of resistance to bending, [σt] - part material yield point, Ε is modulus of elasticity of material part, J is axis moment of inertia of cross section part, kp - coefficient of allowable error (kp= (1.4-1.7)), F is cross section area of part.
EFFECT: higher processing efficiency and expanded performances as process result.
