SUBSTANCE: invention relates to residual stress relaxation. Component part is rolled around its axis and is deformed by rollers. Component part deformation is processed with initial deformation u0: and maximum deformation um: where l is the length of the part, mm; W – moment of bending strength, mm; E is the part material elasticity modulus, MPa; J is the moment of inertia of the cross section of the part relative to the central axis, σT – part material yield point, MPa; σo – bending stress equals to σo = 0.5 σT, MPa.
EFFECT: as a result, increasing the quality part process and increasing productivity.
