SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in making antistatic flexible abrasive material. Material has a substrate of plastic film coated with binding resins and consisting of first layer of binder in form of main coating with abrasive granules, fixed second layer of binder in form of a top coating, and a main substrate of paper. Binding resin main coating and top coating contain soot, and/or graphite, and/or metal salts. Substrate of plastic film is connected to main substrate of paper, which contains soot, and/or graphite, and/or metal salts. Connection of main substrate with substrate of plastic film is laminated using antistatic adhesive containing soot, and/or graphite, and/or metal salts.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of abrasive belt for furniture, articles made from plastic materials, marble articles and articles from resins and paints coated with addition of compounds of ferrous and nonferrous metals.
