FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for cutting branches of trees in silvicultural care for woods. Working member of machine for cutting of tree crowns includes hydraulic manipulator 2, cutting element in form of disc saw 5 with drive 4 mounted on hydraulic manipulator's handle end 2 on shaft of rotary hydraulic motor. On drive housing 4 is rigidly mounted V-shaped support 6. V-shaped stop 6 is made in form of single-action hydraulic cylinder with spring-loaded rod. Piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder is connected in series to hydraulic motor drain line, in which an adjustable throttle to create working fluid pressure required to achieve required force to hydraulic cylinder rod to eliminate disc saw clamping in cut.

EFFECT: such working element excludes disc saw clamping in cut, which increases efficiency of tree crown cutting.
