FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: fodder dispenser comprises additional rotary frame (1) mounted on chassis cylindrical hopper (2) with mechanism of rotation around its longitudinal axis, feed door (3), discharge and grinding devices. Hopper (2) has two open ends. Unloading and grinding devices are installed on opposite ends of the hopper (2). Drive mechanism consists of two spaced continuous chains (16) in V-like embracing the hopper (2) body, and rotary sprockets (17) fixed on posts mounted on both sides of the bin on the rotary frame (1), two on each side. On each pole the sprockets (17) are fixed one above the other, and two adjacent sprockets at the same level are integrated with the shaft (19) connected with drive shaft (20).

EFFECT: provides for discharge of ground feed without additional grinding, also it becomes possible to grinding of loaded into bin long-stalked fodder.
