SUBSTANCE: feed dispenser-shredder includes a hopper with an unloading opening, in which there is a blade rotor with chopping knives. Grinding knives are movably fixed on the rotor, mounted with the possibility of deflection of the rotor outward under the influence of increasing centrifugal forces and spring-loaded, for folding into the rotor, at low values of centrifugal forces.
EFFECT: invention improves reliability of the device.
