SUBSTANCE: for this purpose, statistical multiplexed groups are formed around each of a plurality of service groups; associating a group ID and service quality requirements of group with each of statistical multiplex groups, wherein service quality requirements groups comprise required bandwidth downlink (DL) for group and guaranteed bit rate for DL for a group related to group ID; communication session, appropriate service, session message includes group ID and service quality requirements of group associated with a statistical multiplex group formed around services group, including a service corresponding to beginning of session message; and coordinating services in multiple channels based on beginning of session message to aggregate a service in statistical multiplex groups of at least one of multicast or broadcast on a common channel of transmission based on group ID and service quality requirements of group, associated with each of statistical multiplex groups.

EFFECT: efficient multiplexing of multiple channels for transmission from central service content collection to remote broadcast networks.
