FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for processing of ash from burning coal, and can be used for production of aluminosilicate microspheres from ash-slag wastes of thermal power plants, which are used as filler for dry construction mixtures and materials, in production of plastics, in pharmaceutics, for production of grouting mortars during arrangement of oil and gas producing wells, etc. Device for producing microspheres from ash-slag wastes of thermal power plants comprises common intake tank, inlet branch pipe, which is connected to pipeline for supply of water-and-ash mixture from ash pipeline, first vessel for extraction of microspheres, supply pipeline of water-and-ash solution which is connected with outlet nozzle of common receiver, second reservoir for extraction of microspheres, connected by pipeline for supply of water-and-ash solution from first vessel, third reservoir for extraction of microspheres connected by pipeline for supply of water-and-ash solution from second vessel, series-connected dryer of microspheres and final drying furnace of microspheres, and common settler of water-and-ash mixture, first outlet pipe of which is connected via return line of water-and-ash mixture with ash pipeline, and inlet branch pipe is connected to pipeline for supply of water-and-ash solution from third reservoir. Device is equipped with settler of microspheres, first inlet pipe of which is connected by pipeline for supply of water-ash mixture from common settler with second outlet of water-and-ash mixture common settler, and outlet branch pipe is connected to input of drier of microspheres. Second, third and fourth input branch pipes of settling tank are connected with microspheres feed pipeline from tanks for extraction of microspheres, which are equipped with gravel pumps for supply of microspheres into feed pipes. Vessels for extracting are additionally equipped with slurry pumps installed in lower part to feed water-and-ash solution in corresponding feed lines and inclined screens arranged in upper part of each of them, to lower part of which adjoin inlet branch pipes of corresponding gravel pumps, outlet branch pipes of which are connected with appropriate microspheres feed pipelines from tanks for extraction of microspheres. Inclined mesh of vessels for extraction of microspheres are installed at angle of 25-35° to horizontal line and are made with mesh size of 450-430 mcm in inclined mesh of first reservoir for extraction of microspheres, 200-220 mcm in inclined mesh of second vessel for extraction of microspheres and 45-55 mcm in inclined mesh of third reservoir for extraction of microspheres.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of extraction of microspheres by increasing efficiency with simultaneous increase of purity of extracted product.
