FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: production method involves reacting components from A to C in the presence of component D. Component A is used in an amount of 35 to 65 wt % and is, at least, one polyisocyanate component. Component B is used in an amount of 5 to 50 wt % and is, at least, one polyol component. As component C, at least, one polycarboxylic acid component is used in an amount of 5 to 45 wt %. And, as component D, 0.05 to 1 wt % of N-methylimidazole is used. The reaction is carried out in the presence of a foam stabiliser and with the release of carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: foam polymers that are resistant to deformation at high temperatures, pressures, as well as in the presence of humidity, foam materials are resistant to abrasion, have long continued resilience, good tensile strength, tear strength, and tension at the compression deformation.
