SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and medicine and concerns a drug for local conservative treatment of lichen acuminatus of oral mucosa. Disclosed agent contains as a hydrophilic mucoadhesive base a silicon-chitosan-containing glycerohydrogel obtained from a solution of silicon glicerolates Si(C₃H₇O₃)₄ in glycerine C₃H₈O₃ and weakly acidic aqueous solution of chitosan [(C₈H₁₃O₅N)_0.18(C₆H₁₁O₄N)_0.82]_n with deacetylation degree of 0.82 and molecular weight of 50-100 kDa, in molar ratio of initial substances: Si(C₃H₇O₃)₄:C₃H₈O₃:[(C₈H₁₃O₅N)_0.18(C₆H₁₁O₄N)_0.82]:H₂O=1.0:6.0:0.2:76.8, and as medicinal additives furaginum and anaesthesin, with following ratio of components, wt%: furaginum -0.8-1.2; anesthesin - 0.8-1.2; silicon-chitosan-containing glycerohydrogel - balance. Also disclosed is a method of treating lichen acuminatus of oral mucosa, consists in application of presented agent on affected mucosa surface by application twice a day for 15 minutes, therapeutic course is 7-10 days. Disclosed agent possesses marked d wound healing and regenerating activity, can be used both as an individual drug, and in complex therapy in all forms of Lichen acuminatus of oral mucosa.
