FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at treating the patients with lichen acuminatus in an oral mucosa. The method involves using a conventional integrated therapy: vitamins, antihistaminic agents and anxiolytics. With underlying the therapy, from the first therapeutic day, the immunomodulator 12.5% neovir 250 mg is introduced intramuscularly once a day every 48 hours between the single doses in the amount of 5-10 injections per one course.
EFFECT: method enables ensuring the stable positive effect in the patients suffering lichen acuminatus in the oral mucosa remitted up to 1,5 years, normalising the cytokine profile values both at the systemic, and at the local levels.
