SUBSTANCE: claimed invention comprises the steel sheet includes the ply A got by hot dip-plating on steel sheet surface and the ply B made directly under the steel sheet surface and in said sheet. Said ply B features the depth of 0.001-0.5 mcm and contains the following elements per the ply B weight, wt %: one or more oxides of Fe, Si, Mn, P, S and Al - totally, less than 50, C - less than 0.05, Si - less than 0.1, Mn - less than 0.5, P - less than 0.001, S - less than 0.001, Al - less than 0.005. Said ply B contains unbound Fe in the amount of 59 or more. Production of cold-rolled steel sheet comprises the annealing of said cold-rolled steel sheet, hot plating of annealed steel sheet at the hot dip-galvanising plant equipped with heating furnace and malleablising furnace.

EFFECT: higher wettability of clad ply and coating ply adhesion.
