FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used as independent or additional at converging forms squint. Method consists in that in order to enhance movement of eyeball in direction of nose tendon upper and lower rectus muscles entirely cut off from sclera and to move inwards towards limb proraphy 2-3 mm, and placing tendon of muscle so that lateral portion has closer to limb than medial, that is, mirror primary position of said muscles. In paretic convergent strabismus outer rectus muscle is cut off from sclera is cut longitudinally cut in two parts of length of 7-8 mm, upper beam spreads through upper rectus muscle, lower - in lower rectus muscle and ends of said muscles are suspended in clear with moderate tension thereof.
EFFECT: on internal rectus muscle there is a dosed recession or partial middle posterior.
