FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in making abrasive tool on metal binder. Method includes feeding electrolyte containing abrasive grains on surface of tool, which is turned horizontally in galvanic tank to allow attachment of deposited on surface of tool abrasive grains by electrochemical coating. Tool is arranged in galvanic tank to produce local open section of tool surface during rotation of tool in discrete mode. Method includes operation of feeding abrasive grains and electrochemical deposition of coating with fixation of abrasive grains on local open section of tool surface. At next discrete turn of tool by a preset angle, said above operations are repeated.
EFFECT: result is increased stability and precision of tool.
