FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, to strength tests. Stand includes base, accelerating device installed on it, which includes a shaft with rotation drive, flywheel fitted on shaft rod on number of loading points of sample with hammers for interaction with the sample, installed with possibility of changing position over shaft length, device for creation of friction interaction of rods with flywheel, tool for return of rods in initial position and device for location of sample made to allow interaction between sample and hammers. Test bench is equipped with additional flywheels with different radius installed on shaft with possibility to change position along length of shaft together with corresponding bar with creation of friction interaction of rod with flywheel and with rod return to initial position. Ratio of speeds of impact at points on surface of sample is determined by ratio of radii of flywheels.

EFFECT: technical result is increased amount of information by providing tests both at identical speeds, but at preset ratio of velocities of repeated impacts in different points on specimen surface with randomly controlled sequence intervals and points of blows.
