FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: automated process module for concreting of stair landings and flights consists of horizontal sliding cylinders, hydraulic self-seizing devices, elements of formwork and step-formers. The formwork is installed on the last floor by crane. At first the formwork of the stair landing and flights is installed which are supported in the design position with the help of the sliding horizontal hydraulic cylinders which, in turn, pass through the holes specially left in a monolithic wall and fixed by means of the hydraulic self-seizing devices. Before concreting in the left landing the step-formers are installed manually. After concreting of the stair landing and the left stair floor-by-floor flight the formwork of the right stair flight and the formwork of the right top semi-platform are released from the hydraulic self-seizing devices and by turning around an axis of hydraulic mechanisms they are moved to the following position where fixing to the side monolithic wall by a hydraulic claw and concreting is performed. Then it is released from the hydraulic self-seizing devices of the formwork of the left concreted flight and floor-by-floor platform and installed on the following position in the same way, as the right flight with a semi-platform.
