METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A STAIRCASE VOLUMETRIC MODULE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E04F11/02

Abstract RU 2747028 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to factory production of volumetric staircase modules - staircases, and can be used in the construction of residential and public buildings of any number of storeys. The technical result is achieved in that the method of manufacturing a staircase volumetric module consists in the fact that at least one first staircase with platforms having reinforcement outlets is installed in the formwork of a slipway for the manufacture of a staircase volumetric module, including external and internal sides located parallel to each other , and at least one second staircase is installed on it with platforms having reinforcing outlets, and the installation of these staircases is carried out with one side down and the edges of the corresponding platforms in the corresponding space between the corresponding outer and inner sides, and the installation of at least one second the flight of stairs is carried out with a turn relative to at least one first flight of stairs by 180ºC around a horizontal axis parallel to the sides, in each specified space between the corresponding inner and outer sides of the formwork I install t reinforcing cages and connect them to the reinforcement outlets of the platforms of at least one first and at least one second flight of stairs, move the outer sides towards each other and in the direction from each other the inner sides of the formwork, narrowing each specified space between the corresponding outer and internal sides, into which the concrete mixture is fed, with the formation of a volumetric staircase module, including at least two flights of stairs with platforms and at least two walls.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide the possibility of prompt manufacturing of a finished staircase in any design from one to three floors without equipment changeover, reducing the labor intensity and manufacturing time of staircase volumetric modules, improving quality and accuracy of manufacturing staircase volumetric modules, and increasing their rigidity.
