FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automotive industry. In first version, method of forming solid encasing pad of cabin interior finishing consists in that first and second material are injected into channels of mold for pad casting. Second material is covered material. After combined casting first and second materials are removed from mold. Coating is applied on together cast first and second materials. Coating material is deposited only at second material. In second version, proposed method consists in fact that third material is additionally injected. Third material is covered material. Coating material is deposited only at third material. In third version, proposed method consists in fact that molds are made to cast strap, having first and second halves. Mold for pad casting comprises injection channels for material. Mold halves are connected.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensity for production of cabin interior finishing pad.
