FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for preserved concentrates of first course dinner dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Fresh ornamental cabbages are cut and frozen, horseradishes are grated and sausages cut. Then the listed components are mixed with salt. Resultant mixture and meat-and-bone broth are packaged, sealed and sterilised. Components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: sausages 160; ornamental cabbages 600; horseradish 298.8-303.6; salt 15.1; meat broth till the target product 1,000.
EFFECT: new canned food is produced using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
