SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh red-headed cabbage cutting, freezing, and chopping; horseradish grating; sausage chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with meat-and-bone broth, table salt, and CO2-extract from biomass of specific micromycete specie. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, in specific component ratio sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
