SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration equipment, particularly to agroindustrial complex, and can be used for grain processing enterprises in the process and transport equipment. Invention can also be used in industries related to processing of loose materials. Proposed method of adjusting parameters of law of mechanical oscillations of power factors in centrifugal vibration exciter comprises four unbalance in pairs with identical imbalances rotating with identical by value of angular velocities, which have initial position, when their centrifugal forces of inertia created maximum value of power factors is achieved by varying initial position of unbalance slowly rotating by turning in any direction through angle equal to product of quotient from division of 90° by value of gear ratio transmission, synchronising and matching phase rotation of eccentric, by an odd number of interval values from one to four times value of gear ratio provided that transmission ratio is an even number. Improvement of equipment for transportation and separation of grain mixtures is achieved by linking working elements of machines with parameters ensuring effective flow carried out in process equipment.

EFFECT: variation of speed of transfer and higher efficiency of separation of grain mixtures.
