FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of excitation of mechanical oscillations of force factors with adjustable parameters by a centrifugal vibration exciter containing four unbalances, pairwise having the same imbalances rotating at the same angular velocities and having an initial position in which their centrifugal forces of inertia create maximum force factors, is achieved by the change in the initial position of rapidly rotating equilibria by turning them by an angle equal to 180°, provided that the transmission ratio of the synchronizing and phase-matching rotation of the unbalances is an even number. Perfection of equipment for transportation and separation of grain mixtures is achieved by communicating to the working bodies of traffic machines with parameters that ensure efficient flow of the process carried out in the equipment.

EFFECT: variation of the speed of transportation and increasing the efficiency of the processes of separation of grain mixtures.
