FIELD: vibration equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry, in particular, to vibration equipment. Method of excitation of mechanical oscillations of power factors with controlled parameters by centrifugal vibration exciter, exciting oscillations by asymmetric law, consisting of four unbalances, which rotational axes are located on a common base, having identical unbalances in pairs, and have initial position, in which their centrifugal forces of inertia create maximum power factors, and rotating with angular velocities identical at value, that is ensured by transmission, synchronizing and phase-coordinating rotation of unbalances with gear ratio n, which is equal to ratio of angular velocity of fast rotating unbalances to angular speed of slow-moving ones. To obtain a power factor with the highest absolute value directed against the direction of the force factor created by the slow-rotating unbalances, initial position of fast rotating eccentric masses is changed by turning in any direction through an angle equal to 90°, provided that gear ratio n is a fractional number, multiplication of which by two obtains an odd number.
EFFECT: technical result is variation of speed of transportation and high efficiency of processes of separation of grain mixtures.
