SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for simultaneous separate operation of wells. Plant includes submersible pump launched into well on tubing string, at least one packer with barrel and sealing element arranged above submersible pump, bypass system positioned above submersible pump and including controller, insert with axial channel and bypass channels, at least one of which is located above packing element or above upper packer sealing element and at least one of which is located below sealing element or below lower Packer sealing element. At that, bypass channels are hydraulically connected to each other and submersible pump. Regulator is installed in upper part of insert and is made with possibility of movement and overlapping of bypass channels or channel. Bypass system is additionally equipped with upper and lower relief elements made with transverse and longitudinal bypass channels. At that, by-pass longitudinal channels of top and bottom bypass elements are hydraulically connected to each other and with discharge of submersible pump. Bypass transverse channels of top and bottom bypass elements are hydraulically connected to each other by means of axial channel and with reception of submersible pump. Upper and lower relief elements are arranged above pulsating action of submersible pump with possibility of disconnection of axial channel of space between insert and shaft and/or tubing. Regulator is installed in axial channel with possibility to shut off transverse channel or channels of upper bypass element. Also disclosed is method of plant operation.
