DNA is isolated, TGFβ1 and EGFR gene polymorphisms are analysed. If genotype -25Pro/Pro of TGFβ1 gene and genotype -2073T/T of EGFR gene are observed, a probability of developing impaired fracture consolidation is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides higher prediction accuracy.
