FIELD: treatment plant.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-step methods of purifying and disinfecting sewage water of laundries and preparing them to revolving water supply of laundries. At first stage of mechanical purification is vibration filtration of waste water is carried out for separation of fibres of linen and coarse fractions of contaminants, then water is subjected to filtration on ceramic filter and disinfection using ultraviolet radiation. Before cleaned and comprises liquid return in production cycle its temperature, electric conductivity and acidity are measured and then added with feeding softened water taking into account of measured parameters. Plant to implement this method consists of technologically in-series connected accumulator tank 1, vibration filter 2 connected with heat insulated storage tank 3, ceramic filter 4, UV radiation source 5, heat insulated storage tank 6. Holding tank 1 is equipped with level sensor 7. Vibration filter 2 is equipped with consumption sensor 9, and thermally insulated vessel 3 is equipped with heat exchanger 10, level sensor 11, temperature sensor 12 and electrically controlled valve 13 to feed steam into heat exchanger 10. Output of heat insulated storage tank 3 is connected with ceramic filter 4 via sensor 14 and through pump 15. Input of ceramic filter 4 is connected via pump 16, pressure sensor 17 and valve 18 with accumulating tank 19 filled with water for washing filter 4. Holding tank 19 is equipped with water acidity sensor 20 and level sensor 21. Through system of acidity control 23, electrically controlled valves 24 and 25, pressure sensor 26, output of ceramic filter 4 on one side is connected with accumulation tank 19, and on other side through conductivity sensor 27 with source of ultraviolet radiation 5, which output is connected through water flow sensor 28 to input of heat insulated storage tank 6. There is control module 39 made with microprocessor and equipped with indication device 40. Module 39 inputs are connected to outputs of all sensors, pressure, temperature, level, electric conductivity, acidity, while its outputs are connected with such executive elements as electric controlled valves, pumps, heat exchanger.

EFFECT: technical result is increased volume of cleaning and higher efficiency, expanded operating performances.
