FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: recycling water supply system for washing cars has a storage vessel into which waste water flows under gravity and from which the waste water is fed by a pump into a two-section reactor mounted on a base, where the working coagulant solution, for example aluminium sulphate, is also fed into said two-section reactor by a dosing pump. The medium in the reactor is mixed using compressed air from a compressor, and a diaphragm pump, operating on compressed air from the compressor, is provided for periodically cleaning the reactor. The accumulating residue is transported into a sludge collector, wherein the effluent flows under gravity from the reactor through a main line into a floatation installation where floatation sludge is formed and periodically removed from the surface of the liquid in the sludge collector, from which it is taken for recycling as it accumulates, and water from the floatation installation flows under gravity into a storage container and then fed by pump into primary purification sorption filters where residual suspended substances are removed. The primary filters are automatically and periodically washed with a back current with discharge of contaminants into a storage container. After the primary filters, the purified water is fed into a storage container, from which is fed by a pump through a main line for washing cars as recycled water, and excess water from the storage container is fed by a pump into a fine purification sorption filter where final post-treatment of the water to maximum allowable concentrations takes place, where the fine filter is automatically and periodically washed with a back current with discharge of contaminants through a main line into a storage container, and after the fine purification filter, the purified water is discharged under residual pressure into a water body.
EFFECT: high efficiency of purifying waste water and output of the system as a whole.
