FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to modifications of adenoviruses proteins for enhancing immune response on transgene recombinant adenovirus and overcoming pre-existing immunity to adenoviruses. Some embodiments relate to recombinant adenovirus in serum obtained from plasmid vector based on recombinant adenovirus. Said plasmid vector based on recombinant adenovirus contains nucleotide sequence coding the plasmodium circumsporozoite protein functionally connected with heterological promoter, and modified capsid or core protein. Immunogenic epitope plasmodium sporozoite is built in at least part of capsid or core protein or replaces it. Other versions of implementation relate to pharmaceutical composition or vaccine against malaria containing recombinant adenovirus. Additional embodiments include method of treating, preventing and diagnosing of malaria involving administering therapeutic amount of said pharmaceutical composition or vaccine against malaria.
