FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a process line for production of composite reinforcement and flexible links, composite reinforcement and flexible links. Process line for production of composite reinforcement and flexible links comprises following equipment installed in series: frame with rolls of roving, balancing device, roving heating section, roving impregnation bath, squeezing device, bundle former with winder, polymerisation chamber, a pulling mechanism and cutting unit. Line includes at least two pairs of bundle formers with winders, device for twisting bundles to form flat or spatial figures, guides installed in polymerisation chamber and moving with valves until its solidification. Composite reinforcement comprises fibre-made bundles impregnated with binder, interconnected by twisting around each other and fixed in this position by hardened binding agent, wherein by periodically connecting to each other, two or more bundles form flat or spatial shapes. Flexible links or flexible links based on composite reinforcements are composite reinforcement elements made in form of X-shape, U-shape, shape of a closed or open oval or ovals.
