FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: processing line for the composite reinforcement manufacturing contains sequentially positioned and interconnected the roving filament delivery module, heat chamber with the heated air superchargers, bath with binder, filament tension elements and the binder wring out from the filament, drive winding device, the furnace with cavity to move the reinforcement through it, the filament moving drive through the line, the reinforcement cooling module and the receiver of the finished reinforcement. The receiver contains the cutting disc for reinforcement facing. The line contains the combs to separate filaments, the filaments tension device, the comb to separate filaments after impregnation, the formation guide for the reinforcement mandrel from the filaments, the drive tension and filament twisting device to manufacture the winding harnesses into the mandrel and hooks formation at the reinforcement, drive winding device, including the flywheel, guides and drive tension device. The furnace is made sectional with partitions and there is the heater in each section. The receiver of the ready reinforcement includes the reinforcement limit stop, electrically connected with the reinforcement moving drive and drive of the cutting disc for facing the reinforcement. The receiver of the ready reinforcement includes the reception desk, located behind the cutting disc, and the drive drum to wind the reinforcement into the coil. The heat chamber superchargers are located under the filaments. The harness winding device to the reinforcement mandrel includes the drive flywheel, the filament guides and the tension device. The flywheel is made removable with one or more coils of winding harness.
EFFECT: increase of the reinforcement strength and its bearing capacity.
