FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for combined surgical management of spine scoliotic deformation. Skin is incised over acanthas of Th1 to L5 on one level above and below expected hardware installation zone in spine. Transpedicular screws are placed under EOC on concave side scoliotic deformation and placed on heads of arranged transpedicular screws metal fixation metal fixing rod made combined and consisting of interconnected connector bent along chest cefoz metal fixation thoracic metal fixing rod and bent along lumbar lordosis scoliotic deformation lumbar metal fixation metal fixing rod, wherein length of thoracic metal fixation metal fixing rod corresponds to length of thoracic spinal skeletonised from Th1 to Th12, and length of lumbar metal fixation metal fixing rod corresponds to length of skeletonised lumbar spine from L1 to L5. Lumbar fixing rod preliminarily cooled to temperature below inverse phase of martensitic transformations of intermetallic titanium nickelide and bent in form of patient's lumbar spine. Metal fixation rod from material with thermal shape memory gives patient's lumbar spine anatomically correct shape as result of patient's body heating. Posterior spinal fusion is performed only on thoracic spine, layered closure of dissected muscles and fascias postoperative wound are conducted.
EFFECT: method enables preserving mobility in lumbar spine, recovering spinal canal configuration.
