FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to force measurement equipment for bench tests of engines, as well as for control of their operation during operation, for example, of rotor wind-powered engines with vertical rotary shaft. Proposed device for measurement of torque, shaft speed and power on shaft consists of drive section containing drive shaft and driven section containing driven shaft, at that drive section comprises driving flange with hub and clamp, and driven section comprises driven flange with hub and clamp; centring bushing is fitted on, and it is movable flange with hub connected with driving flange installed on it with possibility of movement of movable flange on pins and centering bushing; between driven flange and movable flange is installed dynamometric spring put top turns on hub of movable flange, and lower coils are put on alignment bushing with gap between dynamometric spring and centering bushing. At that, one extreme turn of dynamometric spring is fixed to movable flange, and other extreme turn of dynamometric spring is fixed to driven flange; on driven flange rigidly attached to it is end surface of shell made from dielectric material, and on cylindrical surface of shell there are three current-collecting rings, in one of which there is current conducting section; to collector rings adjoin collector contacts installed through insulation in rack secured at stationary bearing plate, to which also attached gear pump, entering with its shaft driven hub flange and fixed in clamp, available on driven flange; gear pump inlet is connected via pipeline with oil tank, and gear pump outlet is connected via pipeline with control valve and pipeline is also connected with oil tank; in hub drive flange includes drive shaft of tested engine and clamped therein clamp, available on driving flange; at other end of shell there is circular rheochord, abuts electric current collector installed on driving flange and electrically isolated from it; annular rheochord, electric current collector, current-collecting ring collector contacts are combined in one electric circuit including stabilised power supply, power meter, electrically connected to each other, and their readings are calibrated in corresponding units.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying device measuring system values based on twisting tensometric spring and measuring resistance of rheochord, simplified assembly and disassembly of tested mechanisms enabling direct use and production of power characteristics during operation of mechanisms, enabling detection of all required power parameters, enabling take readings of power parameters-rotation speed, torque applied to shaft, power on shaft is on recording devices or computer monitor with storing of information.
