FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain a combined picture of power and speed relationships, in particular, torque, axial cutting force and drill rotation frequency when drilling soft non-metal materials with small-diameter drills. Device comprises shaft, one end of which is mounted with possibility of rotary movement, and second end of shaft—with possibility of rotary movement and axial movement. Two cylindrical bushings with raster discs are fixed on the shaft so that the holes on the raster discs are located oppositely, outer contour of each raster disk is provided with a light-insulating cylindrical part. An emitting light guide is connected to the hole on one raster disk from the light source, and a receiving light guide connected to the photodetector is connected to the opposite hole on the other raster disk. On the shaft there is additionally installed an elastic element with a reflecting element fixed on it, made in the form of a thin disc with a light-insulating cylindrical part fixed on the outer contour of the disc. A non-contact displacement sensor is fixed opposite the reflecting element in the deformation zone of the elastic element. Device is equipped with information processing means, which is connected to light source, photodetector and contactless displacement sensor and is located together with the light source and the photodetector in a separate casing outside the device.
