SUBSTANCE: invention relates to public events and can be used to hold the draw of a large number of participants, when it is necessary to randomly select a participant who will participate in the next stage of an event. Also technical result includes elimination of limitation of rights of participants by excluding the involvement of persons who are not actually involved in the event in the draw procedure, for example, in case there are vacant seats for participants who are absent at the event. Said technical result is achieved by the fact that the process of determining winning numbers of tickets is carried out in at least one round, application to participate in the draw is submitted simultaneously with recording of participation identification data, wherein identification data of each individual is tied to each application to participate in the draw and number assigned to a participant; number of draw participant is assigned in the order of priority of receipt of applications in real time; draw is performed for one of tickets using a cylinder, which is adjusted to limit possible combinations of falling numbered balls with due allowance for the following conditions: total amount of falling balls equals the number of bits of the number corresponding to the total amount of tickets; first and next balls, forming a winning number, are limited in terms of possible combinations of digits on the basis of the numerical values, which can provide a number with the value within number limits corresponding to the total amount of the tickets; ball falls from drum onto a special inclined chute, from which it slides down and contacts with an RFID reader, inside each ball there are RFID tags corresponding to the numbers of balls; when the reader initiates a mark, the data are transmitted to a processor or a microcontroller, which calculates the possible combinations of numbers, and balls with those can be loaded into the next drum; then the procedure of loading the drum with balls and drawing the next ball is repeated in the same manner for the next drum, if drawing of larger numbers is required.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of the draw with a large number of event participants, eliminating the need to memorize information, absence of restrictions on the number of participants.
