FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerostatic technology. Emergency rescue aero-mobile elevator comprises: shell with carrying gas; control elements; power plant; crew space; retractable ramp; device for coupling; ladder; parachute and emergency pad. Shells are arranged vertically. Propulsion system consists of engine and pull propellers made under covers and enclosed in protective rings. Power plant, crew and controls are combined by reinforced frame, which is additionally connected with shells by means of ropes. Ladder is located between shells. Parachute is arranged in upper part of stairs, and emergency pad is in lower part. Ladders are made with possibility of installation across stairs. Parachute, emergency pad and shell are made fire-resistive. Shells are additionally equipped with heat-insulation layer. Emergency pad is made with possibility of buoyancy.
EFFECT: higher ease of docking to high-rise buildings.
