FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: piece sound absorber of shop acoustic structure includes framework filled with sound absorbing material. Framework is made from lower conical part with cover and upper cylindrical part. Upper part is attached to the lower part cover of perforated framework be means of vibration damping gasket. Gasket allows to damp high-frequency oscillations. Element used to attach the frame to a necessary item is pivotally connected to the upper part of the cylindrical perforated frame. Cavities in the lower and upper parts of the perforated frame are filled by sound absorbing materials of different density. Around the upper cylindrical part of perforated framework there is at least one screw sound absorbing element of piece sound absorber. Piece sound absorber is designed as cylindrical spiral spring made from dense flameproof sound absorbing material. Screw sound absorbing element of piece sound absorber is made as hollow screw sound absorbing element formed by outer and inner screw surfaces forming cavity. Herewith, space formed by outer and inner screw surfaces is filled with sound absorbing material with density lower than that of screw sound absorbing element. Hard porous material is used as sound-absorbing material, for example, foam aluminium or ceramic metal or stone-shell limestone with degree of porosity within the range of optimal values: 30÷45 %.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of noise suppression.
