FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in a piece sound absorber of the workshop acoustic structure consisting of a frame filled with a sound-absorbing material placed in protective shell, the frame is made of lower part of conical shape with a cover and upper part of cylindrical shape which is fixed to the cover of the perforated frame lower part by means of a vibration damping gasket which makes allows to dampen high-frequency vibrations, in this case, an element is hinged to the upper part of the cylindrical perforated frame, with the help of which the frame is fixed to the required object, for example, a ceiling of production facility, cavities of lower and upper parts of perforated frame are filled with sound-absorbing materials of different density, at least one helical sound-absorbing element of piece absorbent is arranged around the upper part of the cylindrical shape of the perforated frame made in the form of cylindrical helical spring of dense non-combustible sound-absorbing material, the helical sound-absorbing element of the piece absorber is made in the form of a hollow helical sound-absorbing element formed by outer and inner helical surfaces forming a cavity, at that, the space formed by outer and inner helical surfaces is filled with sound-absorbing material.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise suppression.
